Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Slyker. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Slyker is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use Slyker on behalf of any company or organisation without our prior written consent.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Use only one account — multiple accounts are not permitted
• Notify us immediately at admin@mosshi.co if you believe your account has been compromised

Community Standards

Slyker exists to help people connect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Posting content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Sharing non-consensual intimate images or content
• Spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or bot activity
• Solicitation of money, financial information, or gifts under false pretences
• Using Slyker for any commercial or advertising purpose without our consent
• Attempting to circumvent any security, access control, or verification measure

Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Slyker. By posting content, you grant Mosshi Pte Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Slyker service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

Private Albums

The Private Album feature allows users to share personal photos with users they explicitly approve. By using Private Albums:

• You confirm that all content you upload involves consenting adults aged 18 or over
• You agree not to screenshot, record, or redistribute any Private Album content shared with you
• You understand that approved access may be revoked by the album owner at any time

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Subscriptions and Payments

Slyker offers optional paid subscription tiers (Basic and Premium) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored by Slyker.
• Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated for your region
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Profile settings
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law

Intellectual Property

The Slyker name, logo, app design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Mosshi Pte Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Slyker materials without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Mosshi Pte Ltd.

Disclaimers

Slyker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Meetings arranged through Slyker are undertaken at your own risk. Exercise caution when meeting people you have connected with online.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mosshi Pte Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Slyker, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Slyker service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. Upon deletion, your profile data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that your use of Slyker poses a risk to other users or to the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via push notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Slyker after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
